Safeway

I shopped here for years and years. Then they changed their store around and again and again. Until I stoped being a regular. Nothing is ever in a logical order and when you spend months working it all out they change it again. This time they changed the colors and the flooring to disorientate you. If this store did not do this I would be their loyal customer and I would not have become a Coles Central Customer but I am and I love it there now. I am not stressed shopping there as I am at Safeway. I suggest everyone change over and Safeway stop using tactics to hold customers in the store. People want to know where things are and buy what they want - in and out - this is not the day and age for disorientating customers as a tactic. There is too much competition in this busy area. Really annoying that they continually rearranges this supermarket. Leave everything in one place please.
