Located in the heart of Collingwood, Saint Crispin's kitchen, run by chefs Chris Haydon and Scott Pickett, prepares a finely considered contemporary menu that's amended daily according to natures bounty.
The dining room bar serves equally mulled over cocktails, wines, ales and champagnes. We also boast Thomas Olive and the Bannear Room upstairs at 300 Smith Street, both are beautifully furnished private dining rooms.

A great experience while dining at Saint Crispin. Not everyday you get to dine at a restaurant that creates such a unique menu in courses. A three course menu is usually the standard but to have extra courses as a tasting menu is great idea as it allows to try everything is jsut the right amount in quantity and quality. Everything in the 5 course menu was great, i swapped with my husband here and there as what i selected he chose the 2nd option for his course. Service was also great. Staff were nice and always checking on us and other guests to make sure everything is ok. The waiter reccomended a couple nice cocktails in which both my husband and i ordered and it had a good punch to it. Totally reccomend. Fantastic dining experience that i will always remember
We had a drink at the bar while waiting to be seated and the cocktail was unbelievably good! The wine list is sure to thrill (they even have Wyborowa vodka)
The noise level was absolutely ridiculous and it's almost impossible to talk, even to the wait staff. Something needs to be done about this. The menu is very small; a little more variety and some vegetarian dishes would be great. Portions are on the small side. The dessert was excellent. Try the champagne, cacao and mint cocktail.
