Well worth the drive if you are feeling like a bit of a meat fest.

We always go as a group of about 9 people and have the buffet menu. I've been coming here for many years and the standard of food is usually decent to good, and it has varied over the years depending on management. In the last year or so they have added a new takeaway bento menu which are priced really well for what you get. I visited again last Friday night to eat in and was extremely impressed by the quality of the salmon sashimi we had - extremely fresh and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We also ordered a yakizakana (Japanese grilled mackerel) and tempura, all of which were nicely done.



The restaurant is small, but there is also seating outdoors which is nice on a lovely day. If you want to be guaranteed a table inside, either come early or make a reservation. The staff are pretty friendly and one of the guys tends to recognise us when we show up or order takeaway.



Great spot in Eastwood and I hope they continue to provide good food and service.
