Ridiculously unprofessional service today. They served someone else's order before mine. even though they had ordered after me, because they complained that they were too slow, which they were. Took them 10 minutes to cook some Tempura prawns, then another 20 minutes before they even started making my sushi rolls. This is not the first time they have done this. The food is very nice but I won't be going back after such terrible customer service. Not even any compensation when I complained about wheat they had done, just excuses and 'I'm so sorry".

Sakan has gone downhill so badly ffom when it first opened.
Yesterday I was cravin shushi n had no time to go to city. Then I remembered that Japanese place next to Woolies at Preston. Why not try? I was very veyr pleased with service, cute ornamented plates, cleanliness and good air about the place...Sushi were very fresh, tidy&tasty! Prices,too,are very good!!!Going there again today&will try other stuff,too!
Fantastic new Japanese restaurant right in the heart of Preston. Extremely friendly staff who have created a little pocket of Japan in the northern suburbs. Take away or eat in is available and most dishes are freshly cooked while you wait. The Gyoza were the best I have tasted and were served on beautiful Japanese crockery. A wonderful addition to High Street and well worth trying. You won't be disappointed!
