Had my hair cut at Saks for the first time and have been crying non stop. I asked for my hair to be cut at shoulder length and the staff cut it so short I can't do anything with it and I look like a boy. Warning - this was the worst hair cut I have ever had and it will take over a year for my hair to grow back to a normal length.
Came here after purchasing a scoopon to get a cut, full head of foils, treatment and style. Great service, beautiful salon, friendly staff! Loved my hair and it felt so soft afterwards. My only negative is the heater for my foils was quite hot on my head after a while. Other than that I love Saks hyde park!
