Please avoid at all costs. My friend & I were looking forward to a pampering afternoon out together as I was visiting her from interstate, instead we left sorely disappointed & feeling very ripped off. Upon entering everything seems fine. We had some tea then shown to our room (which was very basic). Whilst the therapists were very sweet, they did a terrible job of my mani & pedi (done whilst lying down on massage bed - which I had thought I was doing because I had also booked a facial but no... very strange & was the first major red flag). That meant there was no foot soak or cuticle soak, no buffing of heels (I ended up insisting as my soles were in such bad condition!), only a basic application of some oil/moisturiser. My mani had bubbled by the time I went to pay, no base or top coat was applied (until I insisted on top coat!). My friend had booked a massage & pedi. I agree with Nrten. Customer service was disappointing, again I arranged a couple's spa for a baby moon weekend for my partner and I. We had arrived in time and filled in all the nessesary paperwork, we sat in an area inside and were asked for drinks, when my parter declined we were told it could take a while and if he was sure he didnt want a drink, then the massage started at 10.10 and finished around 10.50. This was meant to last an hour. The website states strawberries would be provided, nothing of the sort for us, we didnt drink but it would have been nice to be provided with the fruit.

Massage was good however was very disappointed with the customer service. My partner arranged a couples massages for my birthday, although we arrived 10mins early we were rushed though to the room, without time to finish our tea. Once in there the therapist was more concerned about discussing therapist's birthday with my partner without acknowledging we were there for my special day! Won't be returning anytime soon.

Customer service was good in my place and the massage was just as good as I expected. However, room for improvement as the focus of the massage wasn't really where I wanted it to be.

Bit of a fail. Not a good massage unfortunately. More like being stroked with oil for an hour without the actual massage part! Frustrating to say the least, especially when my poor sore muscle really needed so much more. I recommend trying elsewhere.
