Lunch was all reheated - the honey chicken I had was very elderly, dry and stringy, and the fried rice tasted of old, rancid oil. Several of us left a lot of our lunches. Couldn't complain about the service - there wasn't any. The staff in charge also had few social skills: I had my money ready on the table and she came up and demanded "Haven't you paid?" then leant over to grab the money.
I only ordered a large tub of rice to accompany my families home cooked meal. I don't live far so i picked it up and had it home within 5 minutes, aprox cost $7.5. I open it to find the rice so old it is hard and somewhat transparent or clear, not soft and white. I would even eat gluggy rice, but to visually see the rice is dry, hard and clear and STILL serve it up and ask money for it disappointed me as a customer. I called and calmly relayed my disappointment and was answered by a confused, "okay, .........okay.......sorry,...... bye"
I would have preferred swing by grab another tub of rice, bring the one you took with you so we can check it out! But i guess they don't mind if ever buy there again. Thumbs down.
