We have been here twice in the past month, once on a Friday night and the other on a Saturday night. The food is fabulous, lots to try, plenty to choose from!! The pork belly is a must, the bruschetta a fabulous starter, and the sticky date pudding the best we have had!! Service is excellent, staff polite, well groomed and happy to help. The owner is warm and really takes care of his patrons. 10/10 from us. Even the wine glasses are lovely to drink from. Well done, keep up the good work. We will be back again very soon!!
I really like this restaurant and have been going here from way back since when they were in Belmont South. The food has never been a disappointment with the Italian Sausage Pizza a favorite, but it seems to be struggling of late with 25%off deals and kids eat free nights, but this could change the mood of the restaurant. It's great in summer when you can sit outside and have quite a bit of privacy.
In winter the ambience is not so good. One slight problem here is that the owner is a bit of a control freak and seems quite hard on workers. A sure fire kiss of death for a restaurant is to have an owner who is grumpy with staff so I hope I don't see this again.
