I have an incredibly long history with this place, namely because I used to come here as a kid, with my friends, to buy minimum chips and then scoff them out of our parent's eyes, namely because we weren't supposed to eat so much in between meals. Anyway, this place has been around for a long time, though has changed hands numerous time over that period. This latest incarnation, which has turned to back into a pure fish and chip shop – it used to be a chicken shop back when I lived in Adelaide – certainly has kept its reputation as a place to go and grab some chips. In fact the chips that I ended up having here are pretty awesome (though that has always been the case). The fish was also pretty good, and the owner was okay (though unlike the previous owners, didn't load me up with freebies). Certainly a place I have no problems visiting again.
