The Salon is clean and inviting. Zara and Ava are fabulous and very professional. Had wash, cut and blowave and the girls were very accommodating with my concerns about cutting my hair too short and providing me with the assurance I needed. The blowave was second to none and the price was extremely competitive. I will definitely be going back.
Worst salon I've ever come across. Absolutely filthy and dingy, the staff are SO rude - I've never felt so unwelcome in a salon, or anywhere to be honest.
The girl with the short blue hair should NOT be in any kind of customer service, her attitude is ridiculously appalling.
I had an appointment for 4:10pm and had received an email confirmation to prove it. Traffic was bad so I rang and told them I'd be five minutes late. The girl on the end of the phone said that was totally fine. Upon arrival at 4:15pm the blue haired had the nerve to tell me that it was MY fault that their system said I was booked in at 4pm and that the email I had received clearly stating the appt was at 4:10pm meant nothing. Worst place to work one day boss Ava ask me to bring some of my equipment to practice the next day when it got to the next day brought my equipment and got told of for bringing such a large bag. Also in my contract I signed to half an hour lunch break each day not once did I get a break
I went here the other day as they have 25% of men's cuts on Mon/Tuesdays. For hair wash, cut & style it's $45 and for cut & style it's $35. I went for the cut & style for $35. Went to pay and was charged $31.50. I'm pretty sure 25% of $35 is $26.25 & 25% of $45 is $33.75. If they could rectify the pricing for men I'd be back all the time as there is hardly ever a long wait, you can book online and the kids haircut prices are really well priced. (Around $12 for a 6 year old.)
