Worst experience ever. A guy Earl (Apparently a hair dresser) made me half bold as
he would not listen to the customer or respect them & was trying to crack some sub standard/cheap jokes. Reported to the owner but she was not willing to do anything but was more worried about the money then the standrd of service/staff. :(
I would never recommend anyone to walk in to that place with a non professional attitude/staff/owner EVER.

I am very sorry you had such a negative experience. However, I have searched our system and am unable to find your name in our system. Earl (the man you believe to have had seen) Has worked in several salons in the area and since I have no recollection of your visit especially where you mention you reported this to me (I would definitely remember this), I believe you have reviewed the incorrect salon.
