The salon has gone downhill since the senior hairdressers are no longer there. When manageress is not present, young blonde staff overcharge customers "due to new products that are hair friendly" is that even an excuse to overcharge? Good old days with happy friendly knowledgeable staff are a thing of the past and without Carmela at the front is a sinking ship. Very sad
