I had my hair colored for the first time the other day, and I am so happy with the service I received at this salon. Florie took care of me and did a phenomenal job. She really listened to what I wanted and gave excellent suggestions! Florie was lovely and professional, and my hair came out even better than I’d hoped!! Wonderful service, so happy with the experience!

First visit today and found my new regular salon at last. Zoe was fantastic and Matthew the owner also very attentive. They did exactly what I wanted, which I haven’t been able to get at other higher priced salons. I felt like a valued customer and will definitely be back. I have to laugh at some of these bad reviews. Why are so people quick to write a bad review here on websites? Whatever happened to go back to the shop and complain and give the shop a chance to put things right or give their side. I’m glad I didn’t see the bad reviews before I went as I made up my own mind and this place is a little gem.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not use this hairdressers. Take to a seat that was covered in hair and hairdresser watched while I wipe the hair of the seat. Showed her a picture of an up style what I wanted and when I realise it wasn't want she was doing I said to her again what I wanted she tried again and was nothing like it....honestly could have done better myself. She then told another member of staff (right in front of me) I haven't clue what she wants and was rude about it. She took the curling irons and would give them to the other member of staff that was doing my hair even though she wasn't using them. While I was getting my hair done she and another hairdresser spoke nasty about other customers and a young member of staff who was 2 seats away from me. It was terrible and really unprofessional. First and last time in this hairdressers.

I have just walked out of here, looking worse than when I walked in, albeit with less hair. Instead of shoulder-length hair with NO LAYERS that I can put in a ponytail (what I asked for) I have chin length, weirdly layered hair too short to pull back. And they didn't even dry my hair properly to be able to see the full horror of what they'd done.

Always have a great experience here. The staff are friendly and experienced, I never have to wait long and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly my hair always looks great. :)
