Broadbeach venue. Disgraceful, unacceptable attempt at 'service': 4 hours for a regrowth touch up... ???? Hair dresser OVERBLEACHED the hair first, then tried to adjust it, taking a further few hours - but a dark stripe and blotchy yellow/white patches are visible on the parting and forehead. Will take a year to get back to previous hair style or a very short hair cut to remove ruined hair. Very cavalier attitude when follow-up service requested to repair damaged quality of hair. Cannot recommend at all.
First time visit to this salon and was looked after by a lovely lady Rachael. Not only did she get my colour spot on for the first time I felt she geniunely listened to what I was trying to achieve as the results speak for themselve. Will be returning as I certainly am happy with finding a hairdresser passionate about the service they provide. Highly recommend to others.
