If only half a star was low enough to rate the service I received when calling. I got an abrupt 'hello?', then when I went on to explain why I was calling the rude staff I'm talking to says 'I've gotta put you on hold' and did just that, without a 'sorry, do you mind if I put you on hold' or a chance for me to say 'no that's fine' staff just put me on hold. Needless to say I hung up and spent my money elsewhere.
