The hairdresser did not follow my instructions. I told hairdresser to trim my hair by 10 cm and layer it. However, cut off at least double the amount, and the layering was not done properly as some of the top layers were longer than the bottom, making the overall result look scraggly. Afterwards, i had to do further adjustments by myself. I would not recommend going here.
