Sam Di Carlo Barrister at Law

Sam Di Carlo holds a Master of Laws degree from Queensland University of Technology. Sam was admitted to practice at the Queensland Bar in 1991, prior to that he was employed with two separate firms of solicitors and prior to that was a member of the Queensland Police Force for approximately 12 years.

Sam has also been admitted as a barrister in the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Whales and the Australian Capital Territory. Sam is entitled to practice in every state and federal jurisdiction of Australia but has substantialy practiced in Queensland with some New South Whales work.

Sam has appeared in the High Court of Australia in the court of appeal, supreme district courts, magistrates court, federal court, family law court, medical parishioners tribunal, mental health court and has practiced in virtually every aspect of the law in one time or another but generally is currently practicing in criminal law and civil litigation. ...read more
