I believe he is probably pasionate and possibly sells very good product. However, I asked him if his organic chicken livers were from free range or pasture raised hens, and is there a difference - I had heard there was a difference. He got REALLY angry with me!! REALLY ANGRY!! Angirily saying how wrong I was. (huh?). Wow. Then saying he felt like shutting down his business so that he did not have to deal with idiots like me. Really Wow all I had done was ask a question. I don't care how good his chicken livers may be, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Most other shops say that I am very friendly and should come again.
We ordered the camel, emu and crocodile sausages. Delivery was prompt, and all arrived in good order.
Our huge disappointment was that all of the sausages are so heavily filled with hebs, pepper, or salt, that they were almost inedible, and the real flavor of what they were supposed to be was totally lost. Based on our experience, we would never order anything again.

To add insult to injury, it was some of the worst lamb I've ever tasted. ...read more
Expect a VERY high total at the end of the receipt. Super expensive. There is a really bad communication problem between butchers/salespeople and customers. A separate face-to-face order nook/meeting point would be a massive improvement. Sams often don't bag up the cut that was asked for and often a lot more weight than was asked for - Difficult to tell in-store when there's no weight, price per kg or quantity details at all printed on the receipt so there's often a nasty surprise when unpacking the purchases at home once you've recovered from the bill shock. The cash register area is small and the shop is frustratingly squeezy when there are other, often tense customers, moving around in front of the display counters and wanting to pay. Sams stick the product weight labels randomly on the plastic bags and when the excess plastic bag is cut off or tied before putting in a freezer, the information label is destroyed - why don't Sam's stick the label on the ...read more
