I ordered a organic amazing sounding ham on their website last saturday morning, paid additional charge for delivery due to work commitments, paid through the website no troubles. Heard nothing other than automated payment confirmation for 4 days, emailed quickly to enquire, was finally told would be delivery Friday, it is currently 6pm on Friday, still no ham. My suggestion would be if you can't deliver appropriately don't offer the capability on your website. Really unimpressed.
