I am a local around Umina, usually go for Pizza hut or Dominos. I was in Umina & was looking for a place that might have a nice carbonara or Boscettola. I rang Samboy girl on the other end said that they do a Boscetta, I asked what sizes & she said only one size its $15 but it's 500gms big dish it will feed a few people. So I ordered it, went to pick it up & the lady was arguing with her husband & staff. She was rude unless you knew her or were a regular customer. Instead of helping her staff or husband she thought it was a great opportunity to start talking about her hair with another customer that just came in. I waited for my order finally got it after 20 mins l. Got home and it was barely 250gms I couldn't feed my family the nice pasta I promised. I felt ripped off because the lady who was talking about hair decided to give the bigger dish of my meal to the lady that only waited 5mins. Disgraceful customer service, rude, & way over priced. Better off getting pizza hut or Dominos.
