Sameday Plumbers

for some reason I thought it was another plumber that was gonna give me a call out fee. But overall Jake fixed my blocked drain for me with no trouble. Overall pretty happy with the job.

BEWARE OF THE PRICE -

Basically, we were charged $300+ after the job but found out that all they did was a restart on the hot water system. The work took less than 30 minutes.
Was told this is what they normally charge for everyone. I rang to ask what if hot water doesn't work again later and was told to get a new hot water system.

Other places would have charged less than $150 to do a restart including a $125 call out fee. Giving them some credt with a hope that the hot water system would be working when I get home. If not, I'll be cancelling the transaction.

Their call out fee is lower than other places that I rang but didn't realise the overall price would be so much higher.

We ended up with a blocked drain last saturday, after a week of the pipes gurgling and making noises. Who knew it would have been so difficult to find a plumber on the weekend who could actually come out before monday... We saw sameday plumbers and thought beauty this is perfect, believe it or not they came out the same day ON A SATURDAY! Very happy with the service and will recommend again.

Only positive is that the worker did the job. I asked for the pricing and I was told $270 + GST HOWEVER the reception staff DID NOT tell me that it would cost an EXTRA $150 for the machine hire! FURIOUS CUSTOMER. (Was only told after the worker finished the job). Unacceptable. Will NEVER return. 1.5 stars because drain is back to normal.

Serviced on Gold Coast. Came on time affordable. But I agree with the below comment not so helpful reception staff!
