So awful that I barely know where to start. Let me start by saying that I had a Groupon voucher which Groupon ended up refunding because even they could not get this dreadful spa to answer their phones. I did manage to get one appointment and I regret it - HORRIBLE! Staff at the spa were badly trained and rude. Treatments rooms were cold, dirty, poorly equipped and NOT private. The worst facial that I have ever had. Slopping cheap moisturiser on someone's face does not constitute a facial. Also a one hour facial should take one hour - not 20 minutes. When I tried to speak to the dreadful management about the bad service they shhhh-ed me! Apparently other people were experiencing relaxing treatments - I find that hard to believe. The IPL treatment was equally ridiculous with the operator rushing over the areas without even looking. Never purchase a voucher deal for this place. Purchased a groupon voucher for a three hour pampering session. For two months the phone rang out no answer. Checked their website and was the same number but still no answer?? Rang Groupon to complain in which they said "tough luck, the voucher is expired"

Wont be using either company again.... Not that I could get hold of them

I purchased the 3 hour indulgence package and the experience was awful from start to finish. It is half renovated and very dimly lit. The body exfoliation involved being rubbed raw with a loofah brush and soapy water. The massage was painful and the staff giving it to me did not even trim the nails. The massage room also has thin curtains between the rooms so privacy is an issue. A staff member walked in on me when I was getting dressed and I could see a scantily covered man across from me. Adding to the uncomfortable ambiance was music that sounded like it was from an 80s film being playing in the background. The 'facial' involved a homemade mix of herbs and potion being lathered on my face while the 'beautician' then went awol for 10 minutes (this happened repeatedly throughout the treatments). The Mediterranean feast was a bowl of rice with a chicken drumette. Avoid.

Beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Richmond, wonderfully experienced staff with an amazingly friendly attitude. Spa was everything they promote! This was great find and will most certainly go back..
