I had some mixed experiences:

(1) I was greeted with the word Brother (sweet experience)

(2) My hair was trimmed well, according to my choice (praiseworthy)

(3) I was required to change my sitting style twice (i) from crossed leg to both legs down (ii) from slightly bending upper body to straight and upright body.

(4) I was required to hear the service staff own disputation over the phone with another brother

(5) Service man was in excessive body movement and had some forced smile in his face.

So, the customer service was not relaxing and comfortable in this particular case, mainly because the service staff was not in a good & relaxing mood as was solving staff's own customer service problem at the same time. Hope to see improved personal situation on my next visit.
