Sammy's Drycleaners

I dry cleaned a blouse, shirts and a jacket in Nov 2016.
There were black stains on the blouse that asked to remove them out paying $40.
What returned was with lots of hairs of someone else and another marks left due to the strong chemical used as remover. Fabric where the stains were became remarkably thin that those themselves became another marks. I lost my blouse. But what more surprising is their attitude. They only denied their mistake saying there was no problem with their service and that is my problem(laughed on me actually). I couldn't believe that the shop was awarded with a prize "once upon a time". They're terrible people with no skill neither customer care.
I hate that I may be wasting my time but, it is for other customers coming there.
Must avoid!
