Sam's Antenna Service

The service itself was efficient and reasonable priced. Sam was recommended by a family member and we are very happy to have taken the recommendation. We were warned he can be a bit gruff but upon meeting him found him to be a polite knowledgeable gentleman.

Sam took the time to look into our entire set-up, which included climbing into the roof, and understood what was causing the issues and how to fix it. Before commencing work he informed us of the different options, such as only receiving what we asked for and upgrading our systems. We selected the upgrade and are not disappointed as it has certainly fixed the problems we were facing.

Disappointed with the service provider. The technician turned up and instead of being honest about whether or not he could complete the job, instead left without saying anything. All that was asked of him was an inspection and to remove boots on new carpet in order to investigate the antenna connection.
Highly dissaointed as he was suggested by a trusted source.

Very good professional. Arrived within 3 hours of my call. Deducedvthi issue very quickly and rectified it. Sam even went to the trouble of explaining the issues to me in detail so that i knew what they were. Would definitely use again if the need arises. I was hesitant to call Sam after reading all the other reviews but thought I’d try him anyway as he was local.
He picked up right away, was extremely professional and was available the next day for a consult.
He diagnosed my antenna connection issues right away and was very knowledgeable.
Don’t know what everyone else is complaining about , this guy knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and I’ll be booking him in again for my next cable tv connection for sure.

After using Sam a couple of years ago and finding his service less than desirable, we inadvertantly booked him again, only to find that on this occasion, he was was fantastic. He couldn't have been more friendly, or more helpful.
