Although there aren't many Samsung service centres in Perth, W.A., their CanningVale service & repair centre is excellent, with friendly staff and very efficient service, with no bookings or calls prior to arrival neeed! And although they work on a - first in- first served - basis, I have only ever seen three or four people there (including myself) at MOST! Depending on time and day, there could be one other person before you, or you get seen instantly upon arrival if nobody else is there.
As indicated earlier, we are located in Perth and the service centre, because its connected to their Repair Centre HQ, is lovated in an industrial area. Went to canning vale perth office today as I had problem with my phones storage. The phones software needed to be updated and I did not know how to do it myself. The customer service person who served did not say hello, was not
friendly or helpful. I told them several time that I dont know how to do thats why im here. Only thing they did is telling me that I can get instructions on internet or calling somewhere. So I ended up just leaving without any help to get my phone fixed. On top of that coming home I reallised that I didnt have any photos left on my phone after they were playing around with it in a store. So need to drive all the way back for them to fix that as I dont know how to find them again. NOT VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
I visited this *exact* Samsung Customer Service & Rrepair Centre what you're saying is absolute rubbish. AS IF you would get ignored by *all* the staff there,because I've seen them get busy & sometims they do so guess what, you gotta wait ya turn. And u DONT get told to turn around & leave without addressing your issue!!! Over the last 6 yr Ive owned Note 3, 4 & 5. Ive *personally* visited this exact locationon *several* occassions and the experience was nothing but PLEASANT & completely opposiite to what you're saying. Evidently, you didnt meet their criteria to enable them to fix it, You mustto have warranty on it for a free fix. If they fix it for you for free &without warranty docs they'd have to be doing it for everyone. Secondly, if u did meet criteria, u would've been offerred a newly refurbished Samsung of the same model ir phone irrepairable. Next time judge a place after a few visits. They can get busy-u might have 2 wair ur turn.It works on 1st in, 1st served basis.
