On Wednesday 3rd June 2020 I spoke to somebody from the Online Chat and I told them the Samsung U28E590D 28” 4K UHD Monitor had a dead pixel in it so they sent me a return label so I could send it back without paying for the Postage then on Thursday 4th June 2020 they replaced it under warranty with a Samsung U32J590 32" 4K UHD Monitor since they didn't have anymore of the other one in stock, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me. The staff were generous and the service was excellent.

Unreliable Samsung Product Quality, Poor Customer Service and never responded back. Purchased Samsung 75" UHD TV with extra 5 years warranty. Within just 2 weeks, the TV screen got problem as showing red vertical straight line. Don't get fooled and buy the stress and waste of your time with Samsung products.

My mobile Galaxy 6s edge is still under full warranty. Recently the battery was draining out too quickly. I took to the Harvey Norman Auburn NSW where I originally bought it during last Christmas. They told me it's going to take 21 days to come back with the solution. As they will have to arrange the courier. Better if I go directly to the company in Homebush. I went to the company they asked me to come after 2 hours. I went back after 2 hours. Samsung technicians said there is nothing wrong with the phone. I said to them that nothing wrong with the phone but the battery is draining out fast. But the guy at the receptionreception kept saying 'nothing wrong with the phone. When I looked at the phone closely I saw a big dent scratch at the right bottom corner of my mobile. I was shocked to see that. Purchased a brand new Samsung aircon in December from a store in Mornington.

The unit was faulty. IT NEVER WORKED! Samsung have stuffed me around for the last 6 weeks and I still have no working aircon.

Do yourself a favour and buy another brand.

Samsung customer service is bad. Took our laser printer for repairs and after more than 2 weeks it has not been fixed yet. I have called and emailed Samsung but can't get anywhere. Buyer beware! If you buy any Samsung product just pray it doesn't breakdown...tha't all you can do.
