Not even worth a star. They currently have 50% off and I went in to buy a ring after discovering I cannot return it if it's the wrong size I had to make a call to change what I was buying as it was a gift. People walked in for a second behind me and the owner said he doesn't have time for me and told the assistant to stop serving me and move on. I was already off the phone by this stage and he said I have lost my turn. No body is the store he wasn't serving anyone and I had waited 20mins to be served to be given a 5 second window. I would of happily waited to the side if I was still on the phone but instead of politely asking he was rude.
Got a bracelet from Samual jeweler's fountain gate it was to big so asked to get it resized, told me three days.
One week went by i called they said the guy was sick! Never bothered to call me to advise me that it will be longer.
Charging me $45 for it and waited a mouth for it! The old man assuming he is the manager there is the most pig headed man that has absolutely no people skills nor any respect for his staff or customers!
I feel sick to know that someone like him can manage a business in Fountain gate.
I will never go there again i dont want anyone to buy me anything from there, i dont want my friends my family to go there!
Please anyone dont go here!
