San Churro

I went there once with Stephanie and I thought their prices were unbelievably expensive so I just left and I won't be returning.

For the unfamiliar, churros are 'Spanish donuts' - long, thin sticks of batter that have been deep-fried to crispiness, served with a pot of warm chocolate for dipping. Despite being messy - or perhaps because theyre messy? - churros are decadently delicious, and perfect for sharing; an undeniably social food. They also happen to be San Churro's specialty, and I recommend them to everyone who loves chocolate (you're given a choice of white, milk or dark), and can afford to dine in such a boutique atmosphere. Other menu options include a range of pastries and truffles, coffee, and a Spanish hot chocolate thats almost as thick as the dipping chocolate. I'll be back as soon as I have another 2-for-1 coupon, or when the craving becomes unbearable... whichever happens sooner.
