San Remo Fishermen's Co- Operative Society Ltd

Stopped in for lunch coming back from a morning at motogp and this was a fantastic option. The fish was really fresh (they don't have many things on the menu by default as it depends what comes in on the day!) and nice crisp chips as well. Hubby had scallops, which were a good bit more expensive, but were far better than any he'd had elsewhere! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

unfortunately this is not a good review, my family came down to the co op on Sunday looking forward to some great fish and chips, as we thought it would be very fresh and very nice however we waited 45mins for our food and it was the most awful fish and chips we have ever eaten. I ordered some grilled fish and it was so rubbery i could not break it in half, our potatoe cakes tasted frozen, my daughters chicken nuggets were clearly frozen and just thawed out. For a fantastic looking facility and a co op we were very disappointed at the quality of food. Will never visit here again!!!! :(
