Extremely rude and arrogant business owner. Went to the shop for the first time, they was a young boy working. As i walk the young boy ask me I needed help. I said yes, he started showing me some shirts. Suddenly the owner comes and yells at me saying that the young boy was not working for me and asked me to get out. Really ? Have some manners and basic respect for your customer. I have never experienced such kind of a rude and arrogant behaviour in my life. I was about to spend $400-$500 dollars but nah. With that behaviour nah! Stay away. The business owner first needs to learn some manners and then open a business. Shame

The staff are rude and unhelpful.. I bought an Islamic wall hanging and notice it was faulty when I got home. Owner said it was my fault for not checking and accused me of breaking .. the frame was sealed back and front in was the interior that can only be gotten to upon smashing it... I got fair trading involved and they could not help me. They offered no exchange or refund even though the damage was in no way possible to be done by me... worst customer experience

Management is rude. starts yelling an giving threats to customer.

Horrible experience with this shop would not ever ever recommend anyone to go to this shop. They continuously said they would call me once my products were ready and never ever did no matter how many times i called. Also rude and no customer service whatsoever when in the shop. Do avoid at all costs.
