Sanctuary Lake Fish & Chips

First and last time having fish n chips from here...very unhappy :( and a waste of $32, don't no how this shop is always packed, flake was like rubber couldn't even chew it, crab sticks were yuk! The home made burger in better was taste-less and the two burgers weren't even eat able, the half of star rate is for the chips!!! To over priced for a start and it all went in the bin...the worst fish n chips I've had in my 35 years.

Worst fish n chips ive ever had! Rude on the phone, missing items from our order and the "fish" was covered in a brown oily overcooked batter! Rang up to get missing items delivered after 50minutes called back n was told "it will be another 40mins or so we are busy"!! WTF!? NEVER AGAIN!

Had fish packs from here last week, worst fish ever.. Was so greasy the batter was a dark colour disgusting. Point hook best in area.

only problem.. potato cakes dont seam to be cooked right thru... as they make their own... they cut them a little too thick..

but one of the best in point cook..

This is our local fish and chips shop. Prices are a littler higher than average in this area, chips are fantastic though, and you can get enough to feed a family of 6 for 5.00.... and still have leftovers. Don't expect friendly service, but the food is always ready fast.
