I had a burst water main on a private line over Easter and couldn't locate a plumber willing to come. SE Water refused service on the grounds it was a private line and not their problem, nor would they turn off water mains to assist with repair. I located Russell at SPM through the recommendation of a neighbour. He identified the problem quickly and initially tried to freeze the pipe (warning me that it was unlikely to work as the pipe was too wide). When that approach didn't work, he went in 'wet' and had it resolved in 15 minutes. Great service, honest advice and very reasonable rates. Very pleased.
