Stayed in caravan park last year and found it fine for campers as we didn't need to use the amenities. This year stayed in a cabin. Would never stay again. Bad enough we walked in to find there was no bathroom, just a toilet with a curtain round and no hot water. I mean NO HOT WATER. Pipe to cold water only. Washing dishes meant boiling kettles of water. No, air-con and as we had to use the amenities, surprised to find no soap to even wash hands. Bedding is also extra . Make your own bed. Booklet also advises us that we are getting value for money, for the area. Since there is nothing but a small shop in the area, we do not agree.

Called up to make a booking. Myself and two children. At no point was I told the place couldn't accomodate children. Further into the conversation I was told that it was more a retirement village than anything. Was going to book for two nights as that was all that was available for the kiddy section of the camp ground. I made them aware that my elderly uncle and aunt from Ballina would want to visit and he suggested that it was best of I went to visit then instead! Really????????? After a further conversation and me persisting that my uncle and aunt were just coming to visit me he states just this week he had a family arrive for holiday and the next minute there were 8 people in the pool and none of the residents could get in! Absolutely disgusted! Would never come and stay here. I have not seen on the website at all that visitors were restricted!?!?! OR that children were not welcome!!!!
