I've been going here for almost a year now with ok service - not anymore! Today the staffs were rude and ignored me while serving other people even though I was there first and had been waiting for service already for 5mins - they then made a point of being difficult when I tried to purchase a lotto ticket. I believe that they were angry at me for being on the phone while making the purchase - I have been happy with the service in the past, it's a conveniently located newsagent with all the bells and whistles - the other staff are so friendly but due to my poor treatment at the hands of this staff I will never shop here again.
After many years as a frequent customer at this news agency because of its great range and friendly staff, it takes only one staff member with his curt and rude manner to send me somewhere else in future.
A cozy store which expands out at the back. I got my 2009 Tasmania calendar here, there were so many types to choose from and there's a bargain bin of damaged books many of which look fine which are heavily discounted. They are quite busy and popular and the service is polite and quick.
