I went to Sangs Thai Massage yesterday for a foot reflexology and the therapist was talking and laughing with the staff during the entire 1 hour treamtment, constantly watching the time and had no idea what she was doing - young and inexperienced. The lady at the front desk was also constantly talking to the 4 therapist during treatment which was extremely frustrating as I went with the intention to relex in a serene environment and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I wasted my time and money. This was the worse foot reflexology ever and I won't be going back - it was an absolute joke!
I used to go here all the time, disappointing recently because, despite the great massage that I normally get, the staff are loud and chatty, especially near the back rooms, it makes it very difficult to relax, it's off putting, enough for me to go elsewhere. I find it's very important to have a quiet, relaxing atmosphere when getting a massage and that is no longer provided here.
I was there this morning, Told them i had a bit of lower back pain and sore legs. The staff kept working and pushing on my shoulders only. My legs are still in pain. Totally disappointed.
