Nightmare dealing with these people. Its been 6 months, incorrect orders, half deliveries, incorrect measurements, countless phone calls and emails with no response. Save yourself the headache and money and stay away from this company

Hi everyone who is looking to purchase bathroom fixtures and accessories, please let me warn you to stay as far away as you can from Sannine Bathrooms located at Canterbury Road Roselands. There is a very high chance that you might not get the product you paid for or any product for that matter after you had paid in full. The horrible staff will take your money, will harass you and treat you like an animal and will lie to you about everything to do with your order. They will give you a run around and will laugh at you behind your back. It will take you a long time to get your money back and only with assistance of courts. Stay away, these people are dishonest and dodgy!

Don't use this business. Started off great with the sell and then down hill from there. Extremely bad customer service - they don't return calls or emails, extremely hard to speak with someone and they are not responsible or accountable for their actions or lack thereof, they also make excuses for each other. I couldn't get a delivery date out of them and after numerous attempts ended up having to pick up the products myself, they still ended up giving me the incorrect products. Took over a month to get back a refund.

Ordered a custom made vanity and stated it will take 3 weeks, waited more than 5 weeks. Rang them few times and kept saying would get back to me, the staff on the phone was so rude, no customer service skill at all and stated it's not their problem because it's not their promising it takes 3 weeks and sounds like it's your fault to chase them up. So frustrated!
