We consulted with Dr Santoreneos a few years ago for my wife, following a car accident in 2008. We were most impressed with the speed with which he was able to diagnose that there was nothing really wrong with her. However, he did miss the fact that she had a broken neck vertebra -- but then, so did the hospital, so maybe they're difficult to spot. Very quick service, though!
