Great experience overall! Mark and his team really looked after me. I had the Brazilian keratin treatment and my hair has never felt softer and looked so healthy and shiny. I have naturally curly and frizzy hair and this treatment left it feeling smooth and frizz free. It saves a lot of blow drying and styling time. Mark explained the whole process step by step and was very polite. The salon is classy with a friendly and comfortable vibe. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I booked my appointment and came 30 minutes late. As I live 2 hours away from this salon, it was very hard to get there.
The owner was unprofessional and showed how angry he was because of me coming late. He told me to come back in an hour, so I did. When I came in, I was asked to wait. I waited an hour, before my hairdresser started!!! As I said, the owner was very angry at me for coming late. However, I could not complain when he was late. Purchased a voucher deal for my Mother's birthday that was listed as worth $300 for hair cut, colour and treatment. I was unable to attend the appointment with her due to work commitments, but oragnised with the salon in the weeks prior so she could get it done that day before her party that evening. Asked specifically about surcharges etc, as a couple were listed on the voucher but was assured the only thing could be $25 for toner if it was required, and that is a justifiable expense. They then somehow managed to charge her a massive $145 on top of the deal which said it was up to $300 value. That means my Mother's hair which is about 5cm in length and very, very fine, is now a $400+ hair cut. Total rip off artists, will never go there again. Ruined her birthday surprise.
