A qualified counsellor, providing a safe space for self-exploration and healing, using an integrated approach and range of modalities to treat a variety of issues. Some of these include, CBT, ACT, Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic theory & attachment theory.
Some of the issues I work with include anxiety, trauma, depression, grief & loss, life transitions, body image, self esteem, relationship issues, and anyone in need of extra support. I create a gentle, non judgemental space for you to explore safely within the therapeutic relationship, and work collaboratively with you to move towards your goals.
