Haven't been here for at least 10 years so I don't exactly know my way around it. Payed good money to watch a movie with my son. Was shocked at how rude the ticket lady was when I asked her which cinema it was. She rudely replied "its the only one with sound coming from it". How am I supposed to know that they don't have another film playing at the time? She still hadn't answered my question and I don't have very good hearing so I just took a wild guess by awkwardly walking into the cinema which I thought had sound coming from it.
Honestly don't know what this lady's problem was and thought it was disgusting customer service.
