I signed a selling agency agreement with this company to sell my home and it was the longest and most frustrating three months and I could not wait for the selling agency agreement to expire so that I could go to another real estate agency. Before signing the agreement, the agent sold himself quite well with local knowledge of the area, however once the agreement was signed, I found the agent extremely aggressive, unpleasant and difficult to deal with. My phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, bringing potential buyers through were on the agents preferred timeframe and not mine and dealing with the agent was a nightmare. Would never deal with Sardelic Real Estate again.
