The Manager of Sarina Russo in the Blacktown office is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I came in to do a transfer sat down, started to describe my situation that I had been studying and completed a number of Tafe courses and had been unemployed for a few years and have been trying to find work to make a career change as it is very competitive in today’s job industry to do so.
She had a major attitude problem and replied (WHY HAVN'T YOU GOT A JOB, YOU SHOULD OF GOT A JOB IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GET A JOB)
I came in to get some help but only to put down and made felt worthless. It's quite clear that she needs to do a course in customer service and learn some damm respect, I really don't know how this type of people get jobs in the first place.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone…..!!!!!
