Staff have no customer service skills at all. Unprofessional. Not interested in helping you what so ever. Staffs with no idea trying to tell someone in their 40's what to do about finding a job - with no help from them at all. Wouldn't bother going there ever again!!
Avoid at all cost!! Their staffs are hopeless and extremely rude. Every time I spoke to them, I had to go over my circumstances again because they had forgotten. When I advised I would be seeking assistance from an alternative agency, they went out of their way to make things difficult for me. Extremely unprofessional.
