What a disgusting business Centrelink refer people too. I had my first appointment with them, they just told me to register an account on their website and said I could use it to apply for work as per Centrelink requirements. I applied for more jobs than necessary and my Centrelink got suspended for 'not applying for work'.
They have been of no help or assistance at all. They just wanted me to sign up to their website and i never heard from them again.

Staff here are appalling. The receptionist doesn't know what she is doing. Staff members can be heard being rude and condescending. Job seekers are not informed about anything that is going on and are expected to turn up whenever they feel like booking you in. Staff are more concerned about their next coffee break. Job seekers are not informed about what service's are available to them, and the computer's are too slow....I could go on and on.
I have been with Sarina Russo Job Access for a month and I was bullied on my last meeting with them. They have a very bad service and I would not recommended this job service provider to anybody.
Not happy that they visited my part time work to ask personal details about me, may seek legal advice on this
So happy I'm not the only one appalled by their service! And there I was thinking it was just the centre near me..
