Bought a washing machine for my shareholders, has been faulty since the moment we brought it home but we made do - After 6 months the machine doesn’t even spin anymore.

The service was dodgy, the payment was a bank transfer - I should’ve known better.

Just invest some money in a new appliance. Don’t give these people your money.

I would not reccommend that anyone bothers with this company especially if you have to deal with Arash.

We purchased a washing machine off of them for $300 and within 2 weeks of us starting to use it regularly it started leaking.

2 months later after a extreme amount of hassle, misunderstandings and then being ignored we have had the replacement machine they gave us taken away as it stopped working as well and rather than offering solutions or taking note of the videos we sent that proved the machine wasn't draining properly and ...read more

The fridge and freezer lost its temperature before the 3mth warranty period and the fan had stopped spinning. Arash came to "fix" it by spraying some degreaser into the freezer fan. Within an hour, the fan had stopped again. I requested a refund, and for days he promised to come pick up the fridge and would then cancel on me. After three days of cancellations, he insisted the fridge is working properly, even claiming that the reason my ice cream wasn't freezing properly was because there is too much "glucose" in it. Absolutely shocking service and a dodgy dealer. You're better off spending a little extra on a new fridge that works.

`If i could give 0 stars I would. Fridge broke down/tripped the power. Spoke on the phone to them for 2 weeks-had to take many days off work. Still nothing. Dont buy here.

Wouldn't shop here again. On delivery day, almost got sent the wrong washer. May have been a blessing actually, as the correct washer broke down after 1 month - they replaced it. Then the 2 fridges also both broke down, 1 mth outside their 3 months warranty.
