Pathetic and uncomfortable. I walked into this shop about 2 weeks ago as I was looking for a dress and I was greeted with nothing but smug rudeness. They made it clear that they should turn me away as I did not have a booking. Why? There were no other customers in the store! I looked around quickly, not overly impressed with the selection. None of the staff there were willing to lend a helping hand, and 2 of them got into what seemed to be a family argument. That was enough for me, I walked out, nobody even noticed that I left. This place really needs to clean up their act. Very disappointed and will not be back!

bridal wear/dresses were of a poor quality. staff very rude and abrupt were told in a very rude way that no other person was to be allowed in the change room. My daughter was very upset about the way the staff dealt with issue of sizing. apparently if you are a size 12 you would need a 14/16 from there store. My daughter got upset about it all, and walked out. Altogether a very unpleasant experience, which we will definitely not be repeating.
