My Holistic Practice Philosophy

Massage therapy, like any other form of natural health care, first and foremost relies upon the body's ability to heal itself. My task is to give your body a helping hand to start or to accelerate the healing process. Although achieved via physical touch, massage therapy always treats the whole person, including emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects.

Since every person is unique, your treatment will be tailored to your very specific needs and circumstances, may they be short or long term. Many if not all of my clients feel significantly better after a session, and more in tune with their body and themselves.
