With over 25 years service including the National Trust I believe I am able to save almost every sash window where so many others take the 'rip out and replace' approach.

A quality repair is far less money, and saves your original and historic features.

If you require a �quick repair�, or a �builders bog� rot treatment I can do that too. I am aware that money can be a problem and willing to work with you to save your windows.
An example: Most service repairs are around $200, which includes all new cords, some extra balance weight, minor putty work, excess paint removed and both sashes to slide correctly. (Painting not included).
