Would give less than one star if I could. My friend and I called over a week in advance to make perm appointments after reading great reviews about this salon. The staff member Rosa was lovely on the phone when we explained our situation (that one of us needed to be finished and back in the CBD by 12) and she let us know that that would be more than enough time to get the service done and that we didn't need a consultation (even though we both have previously lightened our hair and were a little concerned) and that she would book the first appointment for 9am when they opened. We spoke later in the week to confirm and nothing had changed yet when we arrived after travelling TWO HOURS to get to the salon we were told that the appointments were not until 11 and 12. Staff are friendly and helpful. Grace is amazing with her cuts and styling . Highly Recommend Sass Hair in Concord

I'm usually not one to be negative but this place has really gone down hill recently. They keep you waiting for 30mins for your appointment without apologising, take long breaks for phone calls during the hair cut, and over charge you! They're too busy chatting to their friends to focus on the customer and provide a good hair cut. Sorry Sass, I won't be returning.

I have been a client for over 26 years. We live a long way away. Occasionally I have been 'unfaithful' it has ended in tears and so we keep coming back to excellent and reliable service and skill. Literally no distance is too great. Love them.

I have been going to Sass Hair for a few years now - it took me a long time to find a good hairdresser! Donna is great and honest in her opinions of how styles/colours will look. All the staff are friendly and always greet you when you walk in. Definitely recommended!
